I understand that my registration is binding and that payments are, as a rule, non-refundable. However, where provided for in the cancellation policy or exceptionally approved by the organizer, a refund, credit, or transfer to a future retreat may be offered.

Use of Images and Videos Photos and videos may be taken during the training camp for communication and promotional purposes (including website, social media, and printed materials). By registering, the participant acknowledges that such content may be produced. The use of identifiable images of participants is subject to their consent. Participants may accept or refuse such use at the time of registration or at any time by informing the organizer in writing. The organizer undertakes to use such images in a respectful manner and not in a way that could harm the dignity or reputation of the participant.
